− If our group had been any larger we would have struggled to eat together as there was limited seating in the kitchen area.

Great location for what we needed, space for parking, good showers, washer and dryer was handy for cleaning towels in-between uses, good size kitchen (we didn't use cooking facilities so can't comment on cooker) Great size fridge and freezer. The overall size of the house is exceptional. Love the traditional Victorian detail while still feeling fresh and looked after. Appreciated numbers on the bedrooms to help us find each other easily. Liked that each room has its own shower and toilet. WiFi was spot on.

− Couldn't find a sweeping brush or mop to tidy up, suite in lounge can only fit 5 max (ok for us, but consider this if 10 are stopping) Most blinds won't open, so did miss the natural light in the daytime. Just be mindful of the fire regulation doors, they do bang if you don't close them carefully. Some cheap garden furniture would be nice for the enclosed yard at the back, at the minute it feels a bit like wasted space.

Really spacious and clean throughout with good communication. Each of the rooms has it's own bathroom which is really useful. The location is good, a short walk from the town and rail station and there was usually a place to park right outside.
