Please get rid of the foul toilet drainage smell.. A BIG TURN OFF for our stay.
7.0The cleanliness.
− 1) The foul smell from both toilets drainage sewage. We had to buy our own air freshener to put off the smell but the smell still lingers. The management must look into the drainage sewage in both toilets. 2) No local tv .channels to watch. We are from Spore, why would you show us Spore channels? 3) The aircon in the living room took so long to cool down. We kept changing to lower temp but room still feels hot. 4) No dust bins in both bedrooms and in the master bedroom toilet. 5) Complimentary slippers not durable, low quality. Slippers torn after a day used. 6) Our room was on the 12th floor and there wasnt any notices pasted on all the four lifts to say that the lift does not serve certain levels. We took the lift that does not serve level 12. We had to change lift again at the lobby, struggling with our luggages. Please indicate or paste a notice for lifts that does not serve certain levels as this helps alot.
Great location and cosy
8.0The interior was very clean and tidy. There was Netflix for guests to watch as well, without having to sign up.
− The admin should inform me how to check in earlier. There were no info until I texted Suasanna via Whatsapp.
