− Horrible Place. Dirty and full of Stench. Insects crawling over bedsheets. Indifferent staff who refused room availability despite pre-paid room via Booking.com. Not recommended for anybody unless you want diseases.

1.0− The hotel needs to emphasize on cleanship, every single room including lobbies were stinking badly like a shit. No responsible staff taken care of guests like a duties. I recommend everyone not to stay in this hotel. It is additionally recommended that the rooms locking arrangement are broken so pls avoid the booking in this hotel for security purposes.

1.0I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Super Townhouse, Gajuwaka Near CMR Mall, Visakhapatnam, booked through Booking.com (Confirmation No: 5644306843). Guest Name: Anvesh Chelluboina Check-in: 26 February 2026 at 03:30 PM Check-out: 27 February 2026 at 07:40 AM Amount Paid: ₹1,100 The issues faced during my stay are as follows: 1. Breakfast was included in the booking confirmation but was not provided. 2. The room was unhygienic and had bed bugs on the mattress. 3. I was unable to sleep the entire night and remained awake until 4:30 AM. 4. There was a hole/opening in the bathroom window, causing serious privacy and safety concerns. 5. Due to these issues, I checked out early before my 09:00 AM flight and experienced significant stress and discomfort. These conditions clearly amount to deficiency in service and negligence. I request: 1. Full refund of ₹1,100. 2. Compensation for mental stress, discomfort, and privacy violation. 3. A written response explaining the service failure.
