Good value for a short stay.
5.0Apartment was mostly clean and very quiet during the stay.
− Parking and driveway was tight, especially when there were other cars parked in the same area. My son found a condom left behind from the previous guest in one of the bedrooms. There were a few roaches found in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Many of the outlets in one of the bedroom did not work. Home is located across the street form a cemetery.

7.0Good little space for small family. Clean but nothing to clean with. Happy thete were extra towels and sheets if needed
− Very tight parking especially for bigger vehicles. Water in tub ran non stop. For our time there we had to buy more toilet paper, paper towels and figure out ways to get rid of trash. Had only 1 extra trash bag. Needs minor maintenance. Couple holes in wall. Light switches were broken in a couple spots. It looks to have been renovated recently but could still use work.

− Mattress was too soft, I prefer a firm mattress. Other than that everything was perfect

− The Booking App did not send the message regarding how to get into the property. I went on the App and clicked the link to send message to property owner asking for the code to get in, and after sending I could scroll through previous messages which included how to get in, however, those messages never went to my email and there is no tab for messages or notifications in the Booking App.
