− Kính gửi Booking, Tôi đã đặt phòng qua Booking cho kỳ lưu trú ngày 01 – 02/09. Trước khi đến, tôi đã nhắn tin trao đổi với chủ nhà về thời gian nhận phòng. Tuy nhiên, khi tới nơi, chủ nhà mới thông báo cơ sở lưu trú không thể đón khách do sự cố đường ống cần bảo trì trong 2 ngày (đến 03/09). Điều này không hề được thông báo trước, khiến tôi hoàn toàn bị động, phải tự xoay xở tìm nơi khác trong tình trạng gấp rút, gây tổn thất về thời gian, chi phí và ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến lịch trình cá nhân. Tôi cho rằng đây là hành vi thiếu trách nhiệm, vi phạm cam kết với khách hàng và ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến uy tín của Booking. Tôi đề nghị Booking: 1. Hỗ trợ bồi hoàn chi phí phát sinh do phải tìm chỗ ở thay thế khẩn cấp. 2. Có biện pháp xử lý với chủ nhà để tránh tình trạng tái diễn, đảm bảo quyền lợi khách hàng. Đây là trải nghiệm rất tệ, tôi mong Booking phản hồi và giải quyết nhanh chóng. Trân trọng,

− Appartement geboekt voor 3 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Er was maar 1 tweepersoonsbed en een kleine zetel, geen plaats genoeg voor iedereen om te slapen. We hebben een hotelkamer moeten bijboeken. Enkel telefonisch contact gehad met verhuurder, wou niet langskomen
