Our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, poor maintenance, and a lack of transparency
5.0Woods Ville is a lovely new property with a great location. The layout is well planned, the surroundings are pleasant, and the overall ambiance is very good. I had a nice stay and would recommend it to others. But other issues need to be consider before booking.
− The property has a good location and a nice layout, but our overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. Construction work was ongoing in several areas, making the property look untidy and unfinished. It did not provide a comfortable holiday experience. In my opinion, spending both time and money here was not worthwhile. There was no gas connection, but this was not mentioned on Booking.com. We were also asked to pay 50% of the booking amount in advance and a ₹10,000 security deposit, neither of which was disclosed at the time of booking. The electrical switches were poorly labeled. Accidentally switching off the wrong one could stop essential services, such as the toilet water supply or the refrigerator, causing unnecessary inconvenience. At check-out, we were not provided with a proper invoice. The person in charge, Mr. Jaiyesh, had requested to meet us but never did during our stay. The property has potential, but until the construction is complete, the facilities are properly maintained, and all booking conditions are transparently disclosed, I cannot recommend it. Booking .com must ensure all these point before provide platform to book for public.

− At night i called for drinking water but no one attended the call. No contact share for the helpdesk or caretaker.
Ultimately one looks for great experience. This stay fell short of good experience
4.0Villa was awesome. Comfortable with clean toiletries. It had a nice common garden in front. Swimming pool was perfect. Ample space for everyone.
− inexperienced caretaker had to literally beg for tea. Had to ask for drinking water - still did not get it. far away from the city and inside - they should provide things like tea and breakfast. TV and Oven wasn't working There are better Villa's in Lonavala than this.
