4.0The location was good, sea front, enjoyed the beach and the sea. The property development and construction was in progress, the setback was well informed by the reception staff, though had little discomfort it was ok and managed it.
− Though we had paid Advance of Rs. 1000 and Rs 9884 during Check-In, and stayed for 2 days with 4 occupants all family members, We received an email from booking.com as the booking was cancelled due to no show up. This is not acceptable.

10.0the property has spacious rooms with fans and AC. 24h hot water thanks to solar heater. accompanied by a private beach to enjoy with family. there is also a doctor who you could consult for your ailments, with a massage parlour done by professional
− there is no dedicated restaurant nearby. this could be a problem with choosy eaters. however, hosts are equipped with team who can deliver food at your doorstep with food of your choice
