10.0The ostentatious approach of the property, the serenity of the district and the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the property. The modernize features that it displayed really scintillated by eyes, as it brought joy and comfort. They offed some unique high-tech features that controlled the lighting of the bulbs, which I found was stupendous.
− The location was too far away from amenities and beaches. Transportation was also difficult and was expensive. Otherwise, the area was beyond peaceful and the ambience felt fresh and new.

10.0My expectations were a comfortable, quiet room with good wifi. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fully equipped with everything I needed, which made the experience feel as though I was at home. All essential toiletries were provided, including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and YES - hot and cold water and of course, clean towels. The unit included a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. The kitchen was well stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, utensils, cookware, and even dishwashing soap. I also appreciated the inclusion of goblets and wine glasses and SUGAR for my coffee. For entertainment, there were 2 TVs with Fire Stick so you know I had my Netflix and wifi. Bonus for relaxing was the pool at the back with a BBQ pit nearby. Overall, the space was THOUGHTFULLY prepared with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

− Only one thing was the hot water for bathing wasn't hot. That's my only dislike

8.0Location was very convenient with ready access to resturants and convenience store. 5 min walk to the ocean front with full and amazing view of the Port nad downtown.
