Overall, the apartment had too many unresolved maintenance issues and a terrible experience.

− I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay and I would not recommend it. From the beginning, several basic items in the apartment were not working and the posting was misleading. Both televisions were faulty, and the standing fan in the living room was also not working. I complained to the owner and explained that I could not stay comfortably because too many things in the apartment were bad. He later brought only one television, which was placed in the bedroom, and one standing fan. He also mentioned that previous guests had damaged many things, which made it clear that the apartment already had maintenance issues before my stay. The windows were another major problem. The kitchen window was already faulty and could not be opened. The owner personally tied it up himself, and we never touched it until we left. The bedroom window blinds were also tied up in a similar way. On June 17, 2026, the bedroom window also refused to open, making the room very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep in. I called the owner several times but he did not answer. He eventually came later that evening around 8:03 p.m., but instead of addressing the issue properly, he accused me of damaging the window. I explained clearly that I had taken care of the apartment like my own home and had not damaged anything. I also reminded him that the kitchen window had the same issue and had remained locked the entire time. He checked the kitchen window, confirmed what I said, and then told me he would return the next day at noon with a bolt to fix the bedroom window. He never came back to fix it before we left. During our stay, we also received a Television Licensing Enforcement letter at the apartment, which was embarrassing and concerning as they were looking to send an enforcement officer due unpaid tv license. I informed the owner, and he simply told me to ignore it and said he would take care of it. Overall, apartment had too many unresolved maintenance issues. Wish I could upload videos

Location was great

− Entrance hall was in pitiful conditions. The property could have been cleaner: hairpins from previous guests, smoke smell in the bathroom, dust everywhere etc
