Good short stay near Bergen. Perfect for big groups!
7.0The property is very new and therefore has very modern amenities, it was very spacious thus perfect for a big group of 5 like us, what’s more, it was easily accessible from Bergen by car. Also, the owner Marina was exceptional and even gave us free bread and a cinnamon desert!
− Since it is very new, it came at a cost. There is a slight lack of detail for small very minor things, for examples things left from construction like screws or instruction manuals in drawers, few missing cooking utensils and cabinets that still need building. Also the wifi was almost non-existent which was a bit of a shame. With this said, as a “base” to see surrounding areas the property is definitely worth it and I’m sure that with time these small issues will be resolved.
We decided to leave after the first night and searched for new accommodation.
1.0− We were surprised that the location did not correspond at all to the photos. The house was somehow also under construction. Wifi doesn’t work. No TV. There is nearly no kitchen equipment and only 3 chairs for 5 people. Water is running all around the bathrooms when taking a shower.
