Es war okay. Obwohl die Wohnung für uns optimal ist, kommen wir nicht wieder. Schade.
6.0Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Man kann sein E Auto aufladen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Es wurden bei der Ausstattung Verbesserungen vorgenommen.
− Leider ist es in der Wohnung schmutzig. Staub, Spinnweben, die Scheiben sind schmutzig. Auf den Betten und Boden waren lange schwarze Haare verteilt. Entweder wird schlecht oder überhaupt nicht geputzt. In den letzten 2 Jahren haben wir dort 4 mal übernachtet. Leider hat sich in der Zeit, bei der Sauberkeit nichts geändert.

− Ligt aan een drukke straat dus hoort verkeer. Maar dat is een klein minpuntje. Zou zo weer gaan.

− Douche spettert echt heel erg op de vloer. Heel de vloer nat.

10.0Brīnišķīgs dzīvoklis, liels privātais balkons kur vakarā pasēdēt, patālu no centra, bet netālu autobusu pietura lai aizbrauktu uz centru. Viss nepieciešamais, ledusskapis, veļasmašīna, kondicionieris, cepeškrāsns, plīts. Atsaucīgs īpašnieks. Esam ļoti apmierināti.
