The apartment is simply immaculate and the balcony is extremely peaceful. It is a very quiet street and had absolutely noise at night. The deep sleeps I found here were incredible. The beds are extremely comfortable and the beddings are cozy and new. In fact, everything is brand new with complete and comfortable furnishings. I stayed here for two weeks, enjoying easy access to an endless array of local restaurants and tavernas. A fun Little gym (the bar project) is right around the corner that I joined and Kolonaki is a short sunny walk away. Coffee shops, book shops, a grocery store, everything is just steps away. The owner of the apartment is a lovely person who reaches out to make sure you have everything you need, correcting any deficiencies immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here and would expect this place to be fully booked most of the time. A gem in Athens.

It was a great experience. A convenient option for those who want to be close to the city center while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is clean, cozy, and spacious. Everything is provided: from slippers and toiletries to lovely treats. A special highlight is the terrace with a swing, where you can relax after a long day. Shops, coffee shops, and the metro are all within walking distance.

Ideal position to explore Athens - the nearest Metro station (Evangelismos) is only 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable with a large balcony and had everything you could possibly require. The area is quiet both day and night.

− We had no problems at all with the apartment itself (on the 4th floor), but the lift in the building is small with a maximum load of around 225kg, which, although not a problem for the three of us, could be an issue for a larger party.

Bel appartement très bien tenu et très bien équipé. Accueil sympathique et attentionné. Très bon contact ! Quartier agréable et rue calme. Très jolie terrasse spacieuse.
