− Photos were old, was scruffier than photos. Living room carpet was very dirty. Took ages to find entrance, and remote front door lock didn’t work for ages, so Initial access was unsatisfactory.

− The bathroom required a little bit maintenance the mixer tap in the sink was not properly secured so that when it was used it moved about. The shower head in the shower could not be moved up & down nor be secured on its holder which meant you have to hold the shower head in your hand when using the shower No wine glasses in the kitchen

5.0Very big and clean with a lift to the 3rd floor. Kitchen is well equipped.
− The noise from the apartment directly above was terrible. There is no insulation or concrete slab between the apartment’s ceiling and the wooden floorboards of apartment above. Crying children, furniture being moved, loud conversations, yelling - every night until after midnight. Very hard bed made sleep very restless. The wifi locking system on the door is stressful too. Sometimes it didn’t work. It’s also quite a walk to public transport up and down hill.
