− Il n y a pas de climatisation, un appareil sur roulettes peu performant et très bruyant, dans une chambre, le reste sans climatisation. Du moisi dans la douche, il faut prendre sa douche avec des tongs, propreté approximative. Place de parking étroite, uniquement pour une petite voiture, type fiât 500. Pas de verre à vin, pas de bols pour le déjeuner. Il devrait enlever luxury du descriptif, aucune trace de luxury...à fuir, ça ne vaut vraiment pas la prix

8.0Fully equipped apartment with modern furnishings. Our host Stefano was very friendly and met us at the property to give us the keys and instructions on how to use the appliances etc. He also gave us a few recommendations on local restaurants.
Beautiful views, located on the hill above Luino
7.0Stunning views from the balcony, and useful to have parking in the garage below. Enjoyed trips across Lake Maggiore to Cannero Riviere, Cannobio and Stresa, with some stunning walks near to Cannero. (nordic walks) Host very friendly
− Half an hour walk , downhill to Luino, although great for the stepcount! Had a power cut by using the oven and kettle together. Mattress too hard for us! Driving to the airport took much longer than expected compared to google maps estimated time ( maybe because we stuck to the speed limit!)
