− No primeiro dia avisamos a recepcionista que no dia seguinte sairíamos as 3h para um passeio, solicitei um lanche, não foi preparado e sequer nos deu água. O quarto é abafado sem janela, o café da manhã é básico.

5.0El ambiente no estuvo nada mal, el hotel en sentido general se ve bonito, les agradezco que nos permitieron guardar el equipaje hasta la hora de salir al aeropuerto.
− Me dieron una habitación con 3 camas, cuando reservé una cama doble, lo que parece que me dieron esa habitación como que sobro, el frio nos estaba matando, de hecho nos congestionamos, porque no tiene calefacción, y la que tiene no funciona, la luz entra a la habitación desde las 5 de la mañana, super incómodo para dormir, el piso de madera hace ruido horrible, cada vez que uno de los dos nos movíamos al baño de noche, el otro se despertaba por el ruido del piso, no lo recomiendo para nada.
