Wonderful experience. Our second time visiting Magic Rock. Two of the people traveling in our group had specific dietary requirements (vegetarian and gluten intolerant). Kelvin and Augie accommodated everyone and made us feel very much at home. Great hiking and horseback riding. They even opened up the dining room and main living room area so that we could watch World Cup matches at 3:00 a.m. They're awesome!!!

Hi, I am S. H. L from Korea, and writing the review as I mentioned earlier. The stay in this Magic Rock Camp was the best trip I've ever had. It is located in a wonderful place. Especially, I liked the rock mountains behind the camp, and there I saw the Magic Rock, from which the Camp's name came. And I climbed up the mountain located in the front of the Camp and saw the wonderful 360 degree view of the Terelj. The journey up and down the top took one and a half hour to me, and was a little bit hard. But once you are on the top and see the view, you will know it is worth more than that. The three meals I ate there were great, too, and it was also a special experience of the Mongolian traditional food. The one hour horse-riding was not like others. We climbed up the grass land of the mountain riding on the back of the horse. At first I was scared but later I found myself enjoying the riding. スタッフの方がとても優しく、一泊三食つきご飯も大変美味しかった！ ミネラルウォーターをサービスでいただき、洗濯までもしてくれた。 レジャーの手配、ウランバートル送迎&テレルジ公園観光など、いろいろ現地の値段で手配してくれた。 特に乗馬体験は日本ではなく現地で手配するべきです！ 私とインストラクターという、2人きりで2時間30ドルという破格な値段でモンゴルの地を遊走しました！ また、立地も渓谷の1番奥で1番高いところで景色が最高でした。

今までの中でも最高の宿泊体験でした。 広大な自然の中にゆったりと配置されたゲルの居心地は堪りません。自分は一泊で、滞在としては短いですがとても濃く何もしなくても安らぐようなゆっくりとしたひと時を過ごせました。 ゲル内は想像を超え、非常に清潔でベッドもふかふかでいつまでも寝れました。 またツアーや送迎をしてくれたドライバーの方をはじめ、ホストファミリーの親切さとおおらかさにも何よりの落ち着きを感じることができました。 自分は宿代の100ドルとは別に150ドル＋20ドル(＋αの乗馬体験)で送迎、チンギスハーン像・亀岩・アリアバール寺院のツアーをお願いしたのですが、サービスで現地の方のゲル内部も見学させていただき、値段以上にとても満足でした。(現地支払いで、全てまとめてクレジットカードで支払うことができました) ツアーの内容も、自分のペースに合わせて回る順番や時間も決めれるので融通が効きます。 正直、もし仮に同じ値段でラグジュアリーなホテルに泊まれたとしても、個人的にはこちらの方を選ぶべきだと感じました。 そんな体験を、相場よりも2〜3倍安い値段でゲル&ツアー&送迎を予約でき、満足です。 また是非モンゴルに来た際は訪れたいと思います。

Excellent food and hiking

The food was excellent: varied (Mongolian and less Mongolian), well spiced, stellar soups and lots of vegetables; the cook really knows what she's doing. The location is perfect: a bit away from everybody, with really wonderful hikes nearby, within walking distance. Horses are nearby. The staff were really simpâtico and very helpful.

− They tried to charge us 150 dollars for transportation back and forth from UB; we did for a lot less. We thought we had booked a ger with bathroom through Booking; it wasn¨t the case and we paid extra gladly, though we thought it was too much (120 dollars a night extra for the bathroom).

nice stay, clean & tidy rooms and very good service which are over my expectations.

Nice meals, all of my breakfasts, lunch’s and dinners are yummy, and the styles are not duplicated.
