10.0The location and views are amazing. Quiet, private location with a beautiful swimming pool and views of the sea. The house is super cosy and even nicer than in the pictures. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations not only about Terceira but also Faial (where we were headed next) and explained many local customs, history, etc. The house had everything you might need. Our kids loved it and so did we!

10.0House is fabulous and perfectly equipped, large kitchen and living room are perfect for groups. Beds are comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. View from the house and pool is magnificent, no neigbourhs, surrounded by forest with sea view, can't be better than that. Car can be parked in the yard, but we kept car in a street, it is safe and no traffic at all. Communication with the host was smoth, and everything was as agreed.
