− Tenía algunos detalles mejorables. Nada grave. Me molestó que el precio de la reserva no era el precio final, no se por qué había una diferencia, en la recepción del hotel me dijeron que probablemente no incluía el IVA… no es lo que esperaba

9.0A localização é excepcional, muito embora esteja localizada próxima a uma comunidade tradicional de muita pobreza. Me deu um pouco de ressaca moral. Penso que os hotéis da região poderiam se organizar para fazer algo em benefício desta comunidade originária e integrá-la a experiência da estadia. O atendimento foi excepcional, assim como o serviço de restaurante. As refeições muito bem elaboradas e servidas por profissionais maravilhosos!
− A conservação do quarto parecia precária. Embora o conforto fosse muito bom, a falta de box no banheiro gerou bastante incômodo (pois a cada banho, o banheiro ficava inundado). Esse, no entanto, parece ser um problema comum em hotéis fora do Brasil.

9.0Personale gentile e disponibile, area ben fornita con piscina, bar e ristorante molto buono con alimenti e vino di qualità. Camera spaziosa e circondata dal verde come se fossimo davvero nella foresta pluviale con delle passerelle in legno tra la vegetazione che ti conducono ai lodge. In camera ognuno ha il suo terrazzino con l'amaca, bagno con bidè e ventola di areazione. Posizione ottima e comoda, a poca distanza dal confine Brasile - Argentina. Hanno a disposizione anche dei taxi della struttura, a buon prezzo.

− El servicio de algunas camareras en el restaurante podría mejorar, no fueron demasiado amables. En las habitaciones se podría mejorar el detalle de los jabones , toallas, podrían poner al horno es y zapatillas de estar para hacerlo más acogedor
