Очень большая и уютная квартира. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Два санузла,как приятный бонус. Относительно близко к центру,рядом много магазинов,кафе,даже кинотеатры.

BEDBUGS IN APARTMENT

− Please be aware that there are bedbugs in apartment, so you can’t sleep good. Apartment is very dirty and damaged. I stayed only 1 night and I had to book something else, cause I couldn’t stay in such a dirty place with bedbugs… Staff didn’t do nothing with my problem, so I lost a lot of money cause it was a high season.

− We had a horrible experience with SH Barcelona.We rented an apartment through Booking.com, and after a few days we discovered bedbugs in the children’s bedroom and living room! We contacted SH Barcelona immediately. At first, they told us that someone would come to clean the apartment — which obviously would not solve a bedbug infestation. Bedbugs are extremely difficult to get rid of and they spread easily. Were they try to play on the fact we had never experienced anything like this before? We asked to be urgently moved to another apartment, but they told us they could not help us and that we should contact Booking.com instead.We did so, but ultimately we were left with no choice but to find another apartment ourselves at a very high price because of the short notice. The most shocking is the complete lack of responsibility towards their guests. How can they rent out an apartment with a bedbug infestation, without hesitation, to a family with children?! Where is a basis sense of dignity and morality?! When we discovered the problem, they did not even offer a full refund, compensation for the laundry costs, or the cost of finding a new apartment. Instead, they offered us a refund only for the remaining nights we would not be staying there because of the bedbugs. Moreover, in response to our first message, they told us that they had never had this problem before. However, after reading the latest reviews, it is clear that this was not the first time they had dealt with a bedbug infestation and that they were aware of the problem, yet they let us stay in the apartment anyway. This is absolutely outrageous. We expected SH Barcelona to take responsibility for the situation and protect their guests, but unfortunately, that is not the case. We still didn’t receive the full refund and the aparat is still available to rent on booking! If anyone is in a similar situation, please contact us at sawako@interia.pl, as we are considering a legal way to get our money back.

Une expérience très décevante et particulièrement pénible, que nous ne souhaitons à aucun futur locataire.

− Nous avons loué ce logement et notre expérience a malheureusement été très mauvaise, notamment en raison de la présence massive de punaises de lit dans l’une des chambres. Il y en avait énormément, au point qu’il nous était totalement impossible d’y dormir. Face à cette situation, nous avons dû acheter un matelas à nos frais afin de pouvoir dormir dans le salon. Ce qui est particulièrement inadmissible, c’est que nous avons dû engager des frais supplémentaires pour pouvoir simplement dormir dans des conditions acceptables, et nous n’avons pas réussi à obtenir le moindre dédommagement pour le montant payé et les dépenses occasionnées. En plus de ce problème majeur, l’état de propreté général du logement était très décevant : restes de nourriture dans le canapé et dans certains tiroirs, poussière sur les meubles, toilettes non nettoyées avec la chasse d’eau non tirée et du papier encore présent dans la cuvette, moisissure dans la machine à laver, ainsi qu’un entretien général clairement insuffisant. Mais le problème des punaises de lit reste de loin le plus préoccupant. Dormir dans un logement infesté, devoir changer complètement nos conditions de couchage et acheter un matelas pour pouvoir passer la nuit dans le salon n’est absolument pas une situation normale pour des locataires.
