5.0It was really quiet and the dog next door was lovely
− The damp smell in the kitchen cupboards was really strong and off putting as was the smell in the bedside cabinets, the dog barking at 7.30 was a bit of a spoil as we went there for a relaxing break even though the dog was lovely, the location was really rural and felt a little isolated where we were and was around 30 mins away from anywhere

8.0Perfect got a group of 4. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent shower. 5 min drive from the Big Retreat.
− An issue re towels and toiletries on arrival but this was sorted promptly by the owner. We couldn’t find the leaving instructions on booking.com but they were provided in the paper copy welcome pack. You don’t always read a welcome pack!
