Poor hygiene ruined our stay
4.0The location is ok with easy access (colectivo) to the center of Pucon. The house is equipped with full kitchenware, good for cooking (but there was no hairdryer), and the house has big space compared with departments we rented before.
− The quilts were so dirty and smelt of foul feet, which made it impossible to use. I seriously doubt whether the quilts o other bedclothes had ever been cleaned in many years. Thankfully, the owner brought one quilt for change, but we needed 3. As a matter of fact, we slept with our clothes on for fear of mites o bugs as there appeared red spots of bites in the face of my daughter and legs of my wife. Due to the poor condition of the house, I suggested staying for one night (I paid for 3 nights upon arrival) but the owner refused.
