7.0The staff behavior and the food
− My room 319 was bang opposite to the door leading to service lift. And the place beyond that door was filthy and stunk. Despite repeated requests the attendants left the door constantly open . The stink seeped i to my room making it uncomfortable. Also whenever I would go out I was forced to see the filth beyond that door. So please do not allot anyone room 319 or 219 or 119 unless you can ensure a cleaner space or the doors leading to the service lift constantly closed.

8.0I was received at the front desk by Deepak, a young man who was very polite and helpful. He eased my registration into the hotel. He was particularly helpful. Harshita and Chetram saw me on my way out as i checked out seamlessly and happily . Lemon Tree Bhopal opposite DB mall is a good hotel, decent clean rooms and very helpful staff, and a good not so humongous breakfast.. had desi and western cuisine. Thank you Lemon Tree & Booking. − Some amenities could be revamped and brushed up in the room... Edges of bathroom corners and noise of the small refrigerator in the room
