Great place to stay- great location.
8.0Everything was great. There was no provision of breakfast - which we were aware of in advance of our stay.
− The only improvement would have been the inclusion of breakfast at no additional or a ver modest charge. Thank you very much.

10.0The location is brilliant if your coming in car you don't have to drive into Lincoln its easy to find we stayed in the annexe it had a microwave and a fridge which was a bonus, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the landlady was really nice.
