Schöne Gegend und Haus mit viel Potenzial in verbesserungswürdigem Zustand
6.0Schöne Lage, gute Nachbarschaft, ausreichend Bäder, großer Pool.
− Schimmelgeruch im Hauswirtschftsraum und anteilig in Küchenschränken. Der Pool war zuvor nicht gesäubert und vollständig befüllt worden, die Bewässerungsanlage läuft sehr laut nachts um 3 Uhr. Viele Sonnenschutzvorrichtungen und Türklinken waren defekt, sowie alle Leitern im Pool mit Verletzungsgefahr.

8.0It was perfect size for our group. Close to public transport and supermarkets- very convenient location.
− It didn’t have an air conditioning. There is a school right behind the property and it gets really loud with screaming kids.
