8.0i had specific situation - wife in hospital in rhodes town - and was looking for budget place close to it as i was going to see her and take care of kids (after rentibg vila house in pefkos). This place was never choice for lofty fancy place but strict price/quality ratio and its great for that.specifically: -its quiet and no noice perfect to sleep - nice table when i had to work with nootebok - the car rent right in front of house can help you w car and especially parking (they keep an eye on parking space for the flat + have one) -large Spar w great prices next door If you look for quiet place to sleep and enjoy traveling by car to rhodes town+beaches and mountains - that its bingo. also you eat outside in numerous taverns (you cant cook in the spot). i had done that w kids. You could walk easily to the close beach where one of the big hotel is located abd further to rhodes many more big hotels so you have the sunbeds etc but i would find it depresing. owner communicates via whatsup and is very nice.
