− The place needs some general maintenance, ie water damage on the ceiling, holes patched up where things have been moved ,painting completed Spa working, correctly The kitchen has very limited bench space and the as 4 adults can stay here the kitchen appliances ie fry pan, only having 3 mugs is disappointing

8.0− The shower downstairs in Unit 11 very dangerous , floor very slippery , my husband had a fall , needs a rubber mat .

10.0Located just an easy 2km walk to Cosy Corner Beach, a little pit of paradise..........calm clean area for swimming. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed, almost everything you could possibly need was provided. A double carport too. Would we stay there again? IN A HEARTBEAT! The family of Kangaroo's that came in to graze on the grass every evening were a delight to see as were the Magpies.
− Two things that would have been handy however would be a microwave cover for plates (reheating) and a microwave proof dish.

8.0The property has amazing amenities and supplies. The views were amazing. Staff went above and beyond..very helpful.
− The beds were very hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows. We had an issue with the wifi but Stacey from property management was amazing and sorted quickly.

9.0The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities needed for the perfect weekend in Albany.
− It wasn’t an issue for our stay, but important to note both bedrooms are upstairs.
