Hoped for a much better value for money but unfortunately I was very disappointed.
3.0The reception area was very nice & I was allowed to store my luggage at both checking in & out.
− The room was right beside the lifts area so it wasn’t as quiet as should be. When I checked in, the sheets & pillow cases were not fresh & I had to spend the first night is utter disgust until they were changed the next day! This is obviously very unacceptable especially that the property has changed a separate cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate - which I obviously haven’t benefited much out of provided that the room was never cleaned during my stay. The property turned out to be very overpriced for the space of the room/amenities & the location compared to another stay at a 4-star hotel in Zone 1 (just to note, I checked in to the other hotel right after checking out!) which is very disappointing. I can understand that the property charge for the facilities offered but realistically speaking, they are not of much benefit for a short-term stay, hence the overpricing I experienced.

9.0Great place to stay! Loved the location by the river and had everything you need within walking distance. The room was spacious for a studio and modern and clean. Also liked that you could open the window for fresh air and it has all the lil amenities you need. Loved the building facilities was great to have access to the common areas.

1.0Their were no breakfast that I saw,
− The stay was very disappointing and did not provide good value for money.The bed was too small for two people, dirty, and uncomfortable.Most seriously, there were bedbugs, which caused numerous intensely itchy bites and represented a serious hygiene concern. The bedsheets were damaged and had holes, while the bathroom lacked a basic floor mate. overall, the poor cleanliness, presence of bedbugs, damaged bedding, and cramped room made the experience unacceptable,
