8.0Very clean and well equipped. Quiet and picturesque countryside setting. 15 min to Louth. 20 min to Cadwell Park circuit.

− Toilet flush.......need to flush 2-3 times to get rid of the remains.
We were very pleased with the accommodation and would certainly stay again and for longer
