Outstanding value in the heart of Manhattan with a first-class host

The location and value for money was outstanding. I was able to easily travel to anywhere I needed to get to for work. There were lots of metro stops close by, and the major train stations were only 15-20 mins away. The customer service from the host was first class. She was incredibly proactive, responsive and was always ready to help with any question I had. I couldn't have asked for more.

− It was pretty noisy outside the apartment which sometimes woke me up during the night (there was no noise from any neighbours) but that's Manhattan for you!

La ubicación es buena porque hay varias opciones para comer y para trasladarse a diferentes partes vía metro. Es un estudio con un sofa y televisión, cocineta con utencilios, micro-ondas y refrigerador. La cama es matrimonial estándar cómoda para una persona. Hay toallas limpias, papel higiénico, servitoallas, shampoo y acondicionador.

− El servicio y la limpieza es deficiente. Cuando reservé las indicaciones decían que el check in se hace a las 3:00 p.m, después en un mensaje me lo cambiaron a las 5 de la tarde. Llegué a las 5:00 pm y el apartamento estaba ocupado y la propietaria tardó en responder el teléfono. Una hora después me llamó y me dijo que podía entrar; sin embargo, el departamento estaba un poco sucio. La escalera para llegar al apartamento es muy empinada y estrecha y eso no viene al momento de reservar. Otro problema fue que la llave de la entrada al apartamento se atoraba, me la cambiaron al día siguiente. En general no hay instrucciones para el uso del aire acondicionado, de la cafetera y la llave de la regadera está invertida. La secadora de pelo no funciona y eso puede ser un problema en época de frío.

− Apartment was nit cleaned (stains on the couch, dust everywhere, Not suitable for 3 people, Dirty couch, Wet sheets, Very loud overall, you can hear everything from the street We had cancel the accommodation after 2 nights, Do not recommended.
