10.0I really enjoyed my stay here. A lot of space, access to a kitchen, many balconies to sit on. My room on a top floor was sunny and nice. The hosts are very nice and flexible people.

9.0Ver good location and the owners were very nice. Large and confortable room. I had the floor all to myself. I could use the kitchen, and had coffee available. Nice balcony to eat breakfast
− It can be noisy, I arrived at a holliday and there was a lot of noise coming from the streets. It is a little outdated but I didn't mind, it feels like staying at a real home. The room was a little hot but I was there during a heat wave

9.0Padroni di casa meravigliosi, disponibili, simpatici e pieni di energia. Camera carina e spaziosa, con una bella vista sul canale. Bagno ampio e pulito, ce ne è uno condiviso per ogni piano. Buona posizione, 10 min a piedi dalla stazione, ma in un quartiere meraviglioso, molto bello da vedere, tranquillo e riposante.
− Scale ripidissime, anche se dopo aver visto il padrone di casa farle, insistendo nel portare la mia valigia, allora ho capito di non potermi lamentare 😂
Kindness and hospitality
10.0A wonderful location - within walking distance from the train station and all the major attractions. My room was at the very top, overlooking the canal. A beautiful view. The landlord and landlady are just the kindest, most welcoming people you can think of. I had trouble with my backpack and they helped me fix it. It's the best place to stay in Utrecht. Thank you Frank and Marinel!

8.0A belváros szélén, a pályaudvartól és minden látnivalótól néhány perc sétára, végtelenül csendes, a kilátás a csatornára gyönyörű. Igazi holland ház sok szinttel és meredek lépcsőkkel. A konyha felszereltésge kiváló, a fürdő tiszta, a házigazdák kedvesek és készségesek.
− Holland szokás szerint az ablak egyrétegű és fűtés csak elvétve. Cserébe jó meleg volt az ágy!
