− Bathrooms were a long way from room, the shower cubicle in main bathroom was very small with only 2 hooks one for towel one for clean clothes, so pjs had to sit on wet floor...clean clothes got wet from shower spray as cubicle very small, nowhere for toiletries so they also went on floor ...soap included...eewww....also human traffic in hallways chatting and calling out to each other till after 3am saturday morning, making noise in the kitchen at all hours ( i had room across from kitchen)...surprisingly no street or bar noise though

If there is evidence of smoking in the rooms, there will be a $300 cleaning fee and if smoke alarms are activated due to smoking you will be required to pay the call out fee of the fire brigade which is in excess of $3,000.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
