− The stay was very disappointing. The house was dirty and dusty. It clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The whole check-in process was also badly handled. Before check-in, we were left waiting because the owner/staff did not answer our calls despite us calling many times. The owner only responded through WhatsApp and said they were not aware that the booking had come in. Because of this, our check-in was delayed until around 4:15 PM. Even after arriving, we had another issue trying to open the key box using the pin. Again, we called the owner several times, but there was no answer. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was very poor. This will be our first and last time staying here. We are seriously disappointed and will not be coming back.
