− Niemiła obsługa, osoby na recepcji nigdy pierwsze nie mówią „dzień dobry”. Pani nie pomogła nawet zamówić taksówki, bo „ona się tym nie zajmuje”. To czym się zajmuje? W łazience były zepsute drzwi od kabiny prysznicowej. Ciężko było trafić do tego „hotelu”. Brak jakiejkolwiek widocznej nazwy z zewnątrz. W obiekcie widniały wszędzie 3*, a nie 4*, jak było to przedstawiane przy rezerwacji. Brakowało w naszym pokoju stolika i krzeseł. Dostawka łóżka nie powinna wykluczać stołu, gdyż spokojnie by się zmieścił.
