I only stayed one night & went to a hotel for the remaining 2 nights.

Nothing

− I booked 3 nights arrival but stayed only the first night and left for a hotel across the street. I never received gate or room codes by email until I called them while waiting at the gate that lets you in the parking lot. Despite emailing twice and leaving two voicemails; staff only sent codes by text after I waited at the gate. The room was unacceptable: two roaches in the bathtub, a warped bathroom door that would not close, a dirty bath mat, and a very noisy HVAC cycling every 60–90 seconds. Lots of noise outside room at 4 am. My card was charged 60 days before arrival. That has never happen to me before.

Great location

Clean room with the bare necessities. No response from management with questions.

The property was pretty clean, was pet friendly and well priced.

− Our room seemed to be mid renovation. There were no hooks or hangers at all, no clothing bars to hang our hanging clothes, no hooks for jackets, coats, etc. not even towel bars or a toilet paper holder. I emailed the second day we were there to request more towels and/ or housekeeping but never heard back, so we only had two bath towels and no housekeeping for the week we were there. It was hard to keep the towels clean and dry with no towel racks.

Location and price

− False advertisement. My room said king bed I got a full size bed. Also showed closets or shelving which my unit did not have. We arrived an hour after we could check in and the room was still dirty from last occupants. We attempted to reach out to staff but no one would return my messages or calls. Finally, a nice summer tennet knew the old manager and she was able to get the cleaning team out. Once they cleaned it, it was a decent room at most. No one ever attempted to return my messages or return my calls.
