− Persona de contacto no apareció en ningún momento ni para hacer el checkin. Toda la gente que estábamos en la casa estábamos desubicados con respecto a cómo contactar y cuál era nuestra habitación y como acceder a la casa. La habitación que nos tocó (compartiendo cama) el baño era minúsculo, sucio, lleno de insectos. La habitación llena de hormigas, suelo sucio. Cama incómoda con el colchón arqueado.... HORROROSO TODO

1.0I never received a reply to any of my messages through Booking.com. I only started reading the reviews after making the reservation, and that’s when I discovered multiple reports of mold on the walls. Unfortunately, I am severely allergic to mold, so this is a serious health concern for me. I contacted the property immediately to ask about the issue, but none of my messages were ever answered. In fact, every time I reached out, I received no response at all. I chose to book through Booking.com because I trusted it to be a reliable platform with responsive hosts and proper customer support. Instead, I have been left completely ignored, and I am extremely disappointed with this experience, especially considering the amount of money I have spent. This level of communication and the reported health risk are simply unacceptable.

− De gedeelde badkamer en keuken was oud en vies. Wc spoelde niet goed door. Geen personeel gezien, in eerste instantie onduidelijk hoe we uberhaupt moesten inchecken. Geen aanrader.
