10.0Apartamento excelente, próximo a tudo. Shopping, mercado, comércios, da pra fazer tudo a pé.
− Foi tudo ótimo, uma única coisa é que o AP todo é 220v, tem somente 2 tomadas 110, então fiquem atentos a voltagem dos aparelhos que levar.
Falta de maiores cuidados
5.0Gostamos da proximidade da praia, comércio bem próximo e variado. Apartamento grande e bem localizado, com máquina de lavar roupas, tv, microndas, fogão, ar condicionado.
− Infelizmente tem algumas coisas no apartamento que precisam melhorar: Exemplo: lençois estavam rasgados, travesseiros bem duros, panelas quebradas, embaixo da pia estava com mau cheiro, ventiladores queimados, sofá sem espuma, banheiro do fundo com vazamento . Dificuldade para abrir e fechar as janelas. Desculpe dizer, mas é apenas para o seu bem. Nao custa muito melhorar essas pequenas coisas para realmente valer a pena pagar o que pagamos.
