Location was quite near the main sights and the Metro station. The internet worked.

− The apartment was old and some things didn't work. The entrance door only closed with difficulty, the shower only worked if you held the shower head in your hand and only had one panel (so it was difficult not to flood the bathroom), the kitchen equipment ranged from slightly sticky to very disgusting (photo attached). We didn't feel at home there.

A very bad experience for us late at night. Not good Booking.com!!

A truly bad experience. Accommodation had been double booked. We arrived at 7.30pm with a lot of luggage to find we had nowhere to sleep for the night. It then took us a frantic hour to try and find something fairly reasonably priced and not too hard to get to before we found d somewhere else.

− We were not able to speak to a person at Booking.com for help.. only a recorded message.. sounded like AI. This only exasperated the situation. We have used Booking.com for many years but where were they when we really needed them. Both parties host and Booking.com were to blame.

Lokace v centru města, přesto klidné místo, žádný hluk. Prostorný apartmán.

− Podlaha nebyla zcela vysátá, potrhané sítě v oknech, špinavé nádobí v kuchyňské lince, během 5 dnu pobytu nikdo neuklidil. Hodně proležená a vrzající postel v obýváku pro pátou osobu. Postel a matrace byly zespodu dost špinavé a zaprášené.

The location was right at the center of Plaka and walking distance to all major tourist stops and restaurants around Plaka.

− The lighting of the apartment was dark. TV is not working when we arrived at the property and we were instructed to replace the battery to operate it. The aircon at the living area is not turning on even after replacing the battery. We called the host to inform the problem but she told us to send an email instead, however, she replied back after 2 days. Also, the host is not responsive to all our calls.

Wow! We walked in, and were absolutely blown away! We only stayed for the night, but could happily stay for months! The apartment is sleek and modern, with great design - stunning. There's a large dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a seating area which leads to, you guessed it, a large balcony that has a table with seating for 6. The bathroom is huge, with double sinks, a washing machine and an impressive shower. 2 well well-designed bedrooms with a small balcony off the master. Everything is presented beautifully, we were thrilled with it. The area is perfect for getting to Monastiraki, Psiri and Syntagma Square. Although it's a very busy area, we heard no noise in the apartment and had a great sleep. The hosts were amazing at keeping us informed. It was all perfect.
