10.0Wonderful peaceful stay. Hosts warm and inviting. Most comfy bed ever. Woke to sounds of birds, sheep and cows lowing. Breakfast excellent. Could not have asked for more.

10.0Beds like clouds, excellent pillows, rooms clean and comfy, bathroom very good, hosts were friendly and helpful and a very fine breakfast. Our hosts recommended the Turkish restaurant in Hawick - and so do we! Lovely stay and we will most definitely be back.

10.0We loved our stay at the house. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and Dean offered to carry our luggage to our room. Gina brought toys and books out for our little one too after a long journey. The rooms were very spacious and clean, each with an Ensuite. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the traditional scottish breakfast each morning. It was a real gem of a find, and would 100% stay here again.

10.0Really friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was above and beyond exceptional in size, decor, and features. Home made biscuits and the breakfast had top quality ingredients. Easy to find and really quiet.
