Wondeful stay with fantastic staff and fabulous breakfast.
9.0Absolutely wonderful stay at De Durgerdam. The rooms are lovely and cosy, the bathrooms are exceptional. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is by far the best I've had in a hotel and the restaurant itself is wonderful for dinner. A beautiful location in a beautiful setting.
− The check in process is a bit confusing as it is in the restaurant and if it's lunchtime it can be a bit hectic.
Exceptionnel
Delightful opportunity to escape time and to cherish living well
10.0My top three: 1. Meals including the prix fixe dinner and breakfast were outstanding and served with great hospitality. 2. The colors and textures in the room! Like being in a 17th C Dutch masterpiece painting come to life. 3. Being only 20 minutes by car from Amsterdam, yet feeling like we had time traveled to another era in this historical monument building and quaint village along quiet waters and green fields.
− I wish I had more time at the hotel so I could have enjoyed a coffee or an aperitif on the dock.
It was exquisite
10.0The intimacy!
