− I didn’t receive the check-in instructions on time, and while standing outside the apartment, I had to call the owner to remind her about my arrival.

8.0Das Apartment hatte eine gute Raumaufteilung und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Besonders praktisch war die Lage, da sich Restaurants und Supermärkte ganz in der Nähe befanden. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!
− Leider war die Küchenausstattung etwas enttäuschend. Die Teller waren bei unserer Ankunft noch fettig und mussten vor der Nutzung erst gereinigt werden. Außerdem gab es weder Geschirrtücher noch Küchenrolle, insgesamt war die Küche eher sporadisch ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, waren teilweise solche Gabeln und anderes Besteck in den Schubladen vorhanden. Auch die Lage hat uns nicht ganz überzeugt. Das Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, und eine der Zufahrtsstraßen war abends durch viele Obdachlose geprägt, wodurch wir uns teilweise etwas unwohl gefühlt haben. Positiv ist allerdings, dass direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle liegt.
