The house was clean. There were also all the necessary things for use, both kitchen utensils and other household items. Very convenient if you are traveling with family.. Very comfortable beds. I recommend for families, but a bit far from the beach. If you rent a car, then it's ok

− Unfortunately, we couldn't use the street umbrella (it was broken) It would be great if the diorama had live plants, like bushes or trees for fresh air.)

You need a car if you want to visit the beach , and get about

Extremely difficult to get about without a car, which if I came again is a must. Booking taxis for five people was almost impossible , as all mini cabs just want Benidorm runs, was stressful , staff helped as best they could. But I know for next time

− Location. Do not book taxi through this app SIXT. TAXI driver left us at wrong location and we had to walk 40 min at 11pm 😡.

Good to know

- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.

- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.

- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.

- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.

- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
