− The fact that my roommate pyjamas were taken mistakenly by the cleaners and after reporting to the admin, at first they say they were looking for them and after existing and on our way back home, we were told that they managed to locate it but they were expecting us to find a way to collect it instead of taking the responsibility of courier it to our destination since the mistake happened on their side

9.0Excellent location next to OR Tambo Airport for transit or conferencing. Very clean rooms and professional staff. It's a large property, so be prepared to walk distances. Golf cart shuttles are available on request.
− Due to proximity to the airport, it can be noisy at night. Better soundproofing would be good.
