No facilities, no taxis, just some staff members desperately trying to provide some sort of a service.
1.0The staff try really hard to make up for the woeful state of this hotel. The pool looked nice as well, but didn’t get to try that.
− The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no eating/restaurant options available other than a few roadside/street stalls down the road. The staff will send out for a u er eats-type option, but there is nowhere to eat it. We ended up eating in the reception area. Our room had obviously been flooded at some point. There were water marks everywhere and the room smelt stale (probably being a bit kind here). There was also scum marks around the sink. Not good! I booked the hotel because it is near the airport and I had an early flight next morning. What I didn’t know is that no taxi will come out to the hotel, even my pre-booked Grab taxi! I have to thank the staff here as they put my wife, myself and our luggage into the hotel golf buggy and drove us to the airport at about 5mph. Made it thankfully, but beware of this restriction.
HOTEL NIGHTMARES
1.0Bed was comfortable.
− Staff had zero clue. I told the manager I had food poisoning and he was not accomodating at all. Took 2.5 hours for a ham and cheese sandwich to arrive to my arrive after the hotel receptionist kept messing up my order. I checked into my room only for the hotel receptionist to tell me that I needed to leave my room after I unpacked saying that he put me in the wrong room. Then demanded that I pay him money for my new room while telling him how I sick I was. Refused to leave until I told him that I was not happy and did not want to pay. Took 5 staff in the casino to work out that the hotel receptionist kept ordering me the wrong food. The worst experience of my life. Also the toilet reeked so bad. Only good thing was having a bath robe.
Nice clean room
6.0Nice clean room and swimming pool, helpful friendly reception. Close to the airport just about 10 to 15 minutes.
− Nothing near by at night looks like a ghost city the hotel still under construction and it’s difficult to get a car even by Grab but the reception helps us to get a TikTok which dropped us to the airport for 5 dollars.
