Guest review
7.0The location is only 20 mins from the nearest tube station.. room was a very spacious
A place with zero privacy and broken essentials
1.0The room was relatively clean and well-maintained in terms of appearance.
− Critical facility failure. The electrical outlets in the room did not work at all, making it impossible to work on my MacBook or charge my phone. I had to waste my precious travel time repeatedly going to the shared kitchen just to charge my devices. Even worse, the bathroom lock was broken, so people accidentally opened the door while I was showering or using the toilet. It was extremely uncomfortable and a complete invasion of privacy. The staff acknowledged these issues but offered no viable solution or proper compensation.
