7.0I liked the staff, they were very friendly and always so helpful with all of my questions. Both ladies morning and evening staff suggested some great places to go to in the area, it was exactly what I was hoping for during my stay in El Nido. They managed to get me transport every day into town and made sure I was looked after with breakfast each morning. Staff were helpful getting my bags in and helped me when I was leaving aswell. The room itself was very comfortable and the staff did a great job cleaning it each day.
− I didn’t like that when I got there, there wasn’t hot water, the key to the door didn’t work and the phone line didn’t work. The power went out a couple of times and there were lots of mosquitoes. Despite this though, the staff were very accommodating and everything was sorted out very quickly and they provide insect repellent and the facilities in the room were rectified.

10.0In one word “everything “! We booked a suite but the rooms had maintenance and we had a free upgrade to a villa. The space was amazing with everything balanced. Outdoor dining and kitchen, private pool. This is a very peaceful place to stay at.
− Can’t think about even a little flaw.
