Spacious for 6.

− It was in need of a refresh and repainting. The pool area and patio looked very worn, with paint peeling in several places. There was also only one key provided for a villa accommodating six people, which meant we had to compromise on security whenever we were doing different activities separately. A second key was requested but declined. Needed a car as villa was situated on a very busy, dangerous road with no paths in places. 2 mile walk to Hole Town.

So comfortable and lovely for our family of four plus grandparents. Private patio and pool was amazing. The staff and manager were excellent and helped organize may things for us. Snorkeling was fun off the beach.

− Minor issue with a leaky pipe but didn’t disrupt our stay and they were on top of it. Only other items suggestion to use brooms sweeping for cleaning of paths as opposed to the loud leaf blower but get it, they keep it very clean!

Beautiful and private grounds and beach. Excellent location for St James exploring.

− It was very hot without AC throughout the villa- great for sleeping with AC in bedrooms, however, living room and kitchen were very hot.

The location is 8-10 minutes from gas, grocery store and other business. The property is secured. Has a great staff from the property manager ,housekeeper, security on site personnel, maintenance. We had some hiccups and they were very attentive ,knowledgeable and proactive. The vibe is great all around. They plan ,suggest and are willing to let you do things on your own.It is well worth having communication with them prior to arrival. When you have any question touch base with Tracey and her staff! No complaints!!! unit,pool,villa large pool and ocean beach access WAs great!

− Time mangement better on my end, I bet if I touch base with Tracey that could have been solved! No issues with the property. We had a hot water issue it was resolved in a very timely manner with options. I could not take that tree near the sea back with me!

Location and safety of the premises

− The manager Tracey - she was very unhelpful when we had no hot water for 3 days Said she’d came to see us but didn’t make any effort to message us ( we were obviously out enjoying the sunshine ) we were moved to a new villa however on day 4 - we also ordered shopping and some was missing she made us feel like we were being untruthful however it was later found in the communal staff office . We also had an incident with a local taxi who we had used previously - and were made to feel very intimidated by her and her security staff - despite the understanding that the incident was nothing to do with us and we agreed that she had been spoken too badly and we agreed with her and her staff. She was very intimidating and then never came at check out to ask about the holiday experience etc . Shame really … would not recommend and we would have definitely had the staff been more accommodating
