It was a beautiful place for my family to get away for staycatio.
10.0I loved how bright and welcoming it was. The decor was truly amazing! There was stainless steel for me to cook on. The host was very responsive, respectful, and helpful.
− The property was clean, but I did find a few tags, from I’m guessing the previous person’s clothes, left under the bench in the master room and one more in the closet of the master room. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, but did make me question if the floor had been thoroughly vacuumed or not. With two kids and two adults, we quickly ran out of space to hang our towels and wash clothes, so I would suggest over the door towel hangers.
Good to know
The maximum number of pets is two (2), dogs only (no cats). The maximum dog weight is 25 lbs. Pet fees: A one-time cleaning fee of $70 is due as well as a daily pet fee of $20 per pet per day. Dogs must be crated when the guest is not inside the unit. Animals may not be left unattended if they are not in a crate. Tarps are provided in the hall closet for guests who have dogs. Dogs may get on the sofa or chairs if a tarp is used; dogs may not get on sofa or chairs directly without a tarp. Pets must be leashed outside of the unit and outside the fence. Unit is an attached townhome with residents on the other side of an exterior wall. Barking or other pet noise must not occur. If pet noise becomes a nuisance, that will be grounds for termination of stay and ejection from the unit. 8. Pet feces disposal: Whether in the fenced back yard, or anywhere in the townhome community, guests must pick up and dispose of pet feces.
Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a nonrefundable damage waiver of $35.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
