5.0Good space. Clean. Comfortable. Cookies in a jar by the coffee. Soap for the clothes washing machine.
− Self catering but no microwave no kettle no wineglasses no bottle opener. Coffee machine would not operate. Shower head attachment held together with a plastic bag. Heaters were on everywhere full blast on a really hot day and took ages to cool down. Check in experience an absolute nightmare with my emaIl requesting information ignored and the rudest woman ever responding to my call for help was absolutely unhelpful passing the problem to a colleague who did mot respond for maybe 30 minutes and 2 further phone calls. It was only when i said to my wife to record the call on her phone on the third time and i will send it to Booking.com( probably overheard) suddenly there was an improvement in the response and i was handed over to the colleague who was now present and she sorted everything out quite quickly. Sat on the steps for Almost an hour. Not great for pilgrims on the Via Francegina who arrive tired.
