Perto do metrô.

− Horrível! Ninguém te recebe no local. A chave fica na calçada e me passaram o código errado. Se não fosse a vizinha me ajudar eu tinha dormido na rua. Cheiro horrível, rua imunda de suja. Péssima experiência! A chave nao abria direito o apartamento. 90% horrivel! Não façam a loucura de hospedar aqui.

The central location

− Front main door often on the latch due to other apartments. Hand rail hanging off the wall. Room not what it was in the image, two double beds were in our room and the sofa was in the kitchen/lounge. Fan tied to the table, no base.

Location was perfect

The worst booking of my entire life!

Nothing. The stay was completely unviable and we were unable to safely occupy the property.

− The host completely ghosted us, ignoring all communication via the app and WhatsApp for days leading up to check-in. They only sent check-in details an hour before the 3 PM check-in time after we had to physically walk to the building to find out what was happening. ​Upon arrival, the building was in an appalling state. The hallways had a severe, foul odor and the overall security of the property felt entirely compromised. To make matters worse, the property's own cleaning staff on-site explicitly told us that the condition of the place was terrible. Due to severe safety and hygiene concerns, we could not stay here and had to find emergency alternative hotel accommodation at the very last minute. An absolute nightmare and Booking.com were not able to provide a refund even though I informed them before the booking started. A waste of money and time. This property should not even be on this platform. The experience has made me extra weary of apartments and leaning more towards hotel bookings. Do not book this place!
