− Nieustanny zapach kanalizacji w jednej z sypialni na piętrze i w pomieszczeniu z pralką. Pobieżne sprzątanie, śmieci po poprzednich mieszkańcach w zakamarkach. Patelnię kuchenne mocno porysowane, nie nadające się do użytku.
